We create your Starfish website

When your website is ready you'll receive an email inviting your first user on board. The website will be fully functional, but naturally, will not raise real-world orders and client accounts just yet.

Set Up your merchant ID Account

To create 'live' orders, you'll need a Merchant ID account. Our payment partners will guide you through this process.

Personalize your web content

Your new Starfish website will be built with pre-populated web pages according to your practice’s expertise. Ready to go out of the box but editable should you want to change anything. Add information specific to your business and set your theme.

Update your DNS records

You'll probably want to use your existing domain name for your Starfish Omnichannel website. It is not required to register or transfer your domain to Starfish. However, you must let the nameservers at your domain name registrar know where to look for your new Starfish website. Note that you will still own your domain name. This process can take 48 hours to propagate throughout the internet once initiated.
